Free Spanish Edition of A Young People’s History of the United States

With regrets, the offer has ended.

Seven Stories Press is offering free copies of their new book, La historia del pueblo de Estados Unidos para jóvenes to middle and high school public school teachers, school librarians, and teacher educators, who have a plan for using and promoting the text. This is a Spanish translation of the recently updated and expanded A Young People’s History of the United States, with two new chapters on Latinx history by Ed Morales.

To request the book, respond to these questions on the form below

    1. Offer a description of how you will use the book in your curriculum.
    2. To help spread the word about the book, we ask recipients to plan to give it visibility. Tell how you might do that. It could be a review for Goodreads or other book platforms, student-created social media promotions for the book, a story from you about student responses to the book, a photo with the book on social media, or other ideas you have.

As long as you meet the criteria and respond to the questions, as asked, the book will be shipped to you by the publisher. Other than with the publisher, we do not share your contact information.

Seven Stories Press gave away 150 copies of the book to public school teachers, school librarians, and teacher educators in the United States.
