I received my temporary password, but I am not able to log-in. What do I do?
Cut and paste in your temporary password. Be sure not to include any extra spaces. If this does not work, re-set your password by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link. You will be sent a new temporary password. Cut and paste in your temporary password without any extra spaces.
If this still does not resolve your log-in problem, email us the temporary password and your username and we can troubleshoot from the backend.
I registered but have not received my password. What do I do?
The most common problem is that people misspelled their email when they registered. We are trying to curtail this problem by having people enter their email address twice. In the event you still have not received your password, please email us directly.
How do I change my password?
Once you are logged-in, go to your profile by clicking on your username in the upper right hand corner, next to the Search box. On this page, you can update your city and state, teaching level and password.
